  • 2 pounds shrimp (deveined)
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, diced red onion, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss until well combined and set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add shrimp seasoned with Cajun spices. Cook for 3–5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
