  • 1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ¼ cup corn syrup (light or dark)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups pecan halves (or chopped pecans)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. For the crust, combine flour, softened butter, granulated sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for about 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
